AUO Corporation ("AUO" or the "Company") (TAIEX: 2409; NYSE: AUO) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$28.37 billion for January 2017(1). With fewer working days due to the Chinese New Year holidays, revenue for the month of January fell by 9.0% month-over-month but increased by 16.8% year-over-year.

Shipments of large-sized panels(2) for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications were around 8.48 million units in January 2017, down by 13.2% from the previous month. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments exceeded 11.94 million units, down by 5.3% month-over-month.
